The selected marketing manager will work directly with a veteran Top Producer with over 25 years of mortgage and real estate finance experience.
This is a unique opportunity to support the growth of a serious finance brand — not a startup idea or short-term project. We are building a long-term marketing department around content, social media growth, AI-powered workflows, lead generation, and brand authority.
We are looking for someone who can think like a marketing manager, project manager, and growth strategist. The right person will not be expected to do everything alone. Instead, this manager will help us hire, organize, and manage a team of freelancers, agencies, designers, video editors, and marketing specialists to achieve our goals.
The manager’s time should be approximately:
30% hands-on marketing work
70% managing, reviewing, coordinating, and improving the work of other freelancers and agencies
We need someone who can take ownership, organize projects, hold freelancers accountable, review deliverables, improve workflows, track results, and help us grow our social media channels into real lead-generation assets.

Scope of Work
The marketing manager will help with:
-Creating and managing monthly content calendars
-Organizing weekly and monthly marketing campaigns
-Using AI tools to create captions, post ideas, content outlines, email drafts, campaign concepts, and marketing copy
-Coordinating content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and email marketing
-Helping hire, organize, and manage freelancers and agencies

-Reviewing creative work before it is approved or published
-Giving clear feedback to freelancers and agencies
