Requirements and responsibilities

Manage end-to-end collections for assigned accounts/portfolios; follow up on past-due and upcoming receivables via email, virtual meetings, and internal systems. Collaborate with Sales, Billing, and Cash Applications teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations. Support cash forecasting, drive process improvements for collections and reporting efficiency, and handle monthly AR close activities. Prepare and deliver timely monthly and quarterly reports; respond to ad hoc accounting queries; resolve disputed accounts to improve collection performance and contribute to DSO targets.
