We are looking for a Medical Billing Specialist — OBGYN to support a growing women’s health practice remotely. This is a fully remote, full-time role for someone experienced in medical billing, denial management, and revenue cycle operations within a fast-paced healthcare environment. Schedule: - Monday to Friday, aligned with clinic hours. Compensation: - $1,000–$1,500 USD per month. Responsibilities: - Submit and manage insurance claims for OBGYN services. - Handle denial management, corrected claims, and payer follow-ups. - Review patient encounters and verify billing accuracy prior to submission. - Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and follow up on aging claims. - Maintain accurate billing documentation and organized records. - Coordinate with insurance providers regarding reimbursement issues. - Support efficient billing workflows and revenue cycle operations. Requirements: - Strong experience in OBGYN medical billing. - Understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and insurance billing workflows. - Experience with denial management and AR follow-up. - Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) or similar EMR systems preferred. - Strong written and spoken English communication. - Detail-oriented, organized, and highly reliable. - Comfortable managing high-volume billing tasks independently. - Professional, proactive, and able to work effectively in a remote environment. - Experience working with U.S.-based healthcare practices. - Knowledge of maternity/global billing workflows. - Experience handling commercial insurance and payer communications.
