First Point Group is currently looking for experienced RF Optimization Engineers to join an exciting telecommunications project supporting LATAM operations.This opportunity is focused on RF optimization activities for 2G, 3G, and 4G LTE networks within Ericsson environments. The role is fully remote from Mexico and ideal for engineers with strong experience in RAN optimization, KPI analysis, and network performance improvement projects.Main ResponsibilitiesRF Optimization activities for GSM / UMTS / LTE networksInitial Tuning for new site integrations and network expansionsKPI analysis, troubleshooting, and performance monitoringParameter optimization and feature implementationNeighbor optimization and mobility tuningWorst cell analysis and corrective action implementationSupport rollout and integration teams during network deployment activitiesGenerate optimization reports and provide recommendations to improve network quality and user experienceCollaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure network performance targets are achievedRequired Technical ExperienceHands-on experience in RF Optimization within Ericsson environmentsKnowledge of Ericsson tools such as: ENM, WinFiol, Moshell, OSS / ENIQ (plus)Experience with KPI analysis including: Accessibility, Retainability, Throughput, Handover Success Rate, Drop Call RateExperience performing Initial Tuning, troubleshooting, and parameter changesUnderstanding of Drive Test analysis and optimization processesPreferred BackgroundExperience supporting operators such as Telcel, AT&T, Altán, Tigo, Claro, Digicel, Telefónica, or similarExperience in rollout, swap, modernization, or integration projectsExposure to LTE optimization and multi-technology environmentsGood communication skills and ability to work in dynamic project environments🌎 Location: 🇲🇽 Remote from MexicoInterested candidates can send their updated CV directly to: ARamirez@firstpointgroup.comYou can also contact me directly via LinkedIn message for more information.
