We are seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional delivery across engineering and high-volume manufacturing initiatives. This role focuses on governance, execution, and alignment of multiple workstreams to ensure successful program delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & ExecutionLead multiple projects/workstreams under a unified program structureDevelop and manage integrated plans, milestones, and dependenciesDrive execution through weekly priorities, tracking, and issue resolutionEstablish governance including status reporting, decision forums, and executive updatesCross-Functional CoordinationPartner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and IT teamsCoordinate across systems including ERP/MRP, PLM, MES, CRM, and integrationsEnsure alignment across technical and business workstreamsDelivery & Risk ManagementOwn core artifacts: project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and change controlIdentify and mitigate risks related to data, integrations, resources, and securityDrive readiness for testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activitiesStakeholder & Vendor ManagementFacilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholdersManage vendor deliverables and ensure accountabilityProvide clear escalation paths and executive-level reporting⭐ Required Qualifications7+ years in program or senior project managementProven experience leading multi-project programs in engineering/manufacturing environmentsStrong expertise in integrated planning, dependency management, and governanceAbility to lead cross-functional teams without direct authorityExcellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills➕ Preferred QualificationsExperience with ERP, PLM, MES, WMS, or similar enterprise systemsFamiliarity with data integration, APIs, and system dependenciesExperience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project, Azure DevOpsExposure to security/compliance checkpoints and approvals💡 Ideal CandidateA delivery-focused program leader with strong execution discipline and cross-functional influence, capable of driving complex initiatives from planning through go-live in fast-paced environments.
