About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. You will play a key role in sourcing the right talent, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience from first contact to offer.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and identify potential candidates for open positions through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channelsScreen resumes and shortlist profiles matching job requirementsConduct initial calling rounds to assess candidate interest, availability, and fitmentSchedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managersManage timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment cycleMaintain and update the recruitment tracker with accurate and real-time dataEnsure a positive candidate experience at every touchpointRequirements2–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience (IT / Non-IT / volume hiring — specify as needed)Proficiency in sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, or similar platformsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable with high-volume calling and follow-upsHighly organized with experience maintaining MIS/recruitment trackersAbility to manage multiple open positions simultaneouslyGood to HaveExperience with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)Knowledge of Boolean search techniquesPrior experience in agency or in-house recruitmentWhat We OfferFull-time, permanent roleCollaborative and growth-oriented work environmentCompetitive salary based on experienceFull remote work
