As a Commercial Operations Associate on our Commercial Operations team, you’ll play a key supporting role in driving operational excellence, optimizing inventory fulfillment, and ensuring seamless support for the regional sales team to meet surgery demands and enhance customer experience.What You’ll Do:Partner closely with regional Sales teams and internal stakeholders to support daily inventory needs and ensure timely fulfillment for surgical casesAct as the primary interface between the regional sales team and HQ for inventory and order fulfillment coordinationCollaborate with stakeholders to optimize field instrument and implant configurations and improve the overall order fulfillment processCoordinate movement of inventory across the region while ensuring accurate transactional data in CRM and ERP systemsReview daily and weekly surgery demand and work with the Commercial Operations team to proactively address inventory constraintsSupport adoption and effective utilization of commercial systems including ERP, CRM, and Customer Complaint platformsPartner with the sales team to optimize product movement while minimizing cost to the organizationContribute to a culture of customer service excellence and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environmentWhat You Bring:Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma requiredWorking knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (JD Edwards and Salesforce experience preferred)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power BI experience preferred)Orthopedic or medical device industry experience preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organizationStrong multi-tasking, organizational, and project management skillsProven ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively in a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access)Why VB Spine?We believe in growing talent from within.
