Responsibilities

Staff / Principal Full-Stack Engineer — Python + React. Seeking a highly senior engineer with deep system design, architecture, and production-grade engineering to own complex technical decisions end-to-end: define architecture, reason about trade-offs, identify failure modes, and design reliable, scalable, observable systems for autonomous vehicle / fleet-management tech, including backend services, dashboards, teleoperation tooling, simulation workflows, and operator-facing platforms.Strong experience in: system design at Staff/Principal level; Python backend services in production; React + TypeScript frontend architecture; distributed systems, reliability, observability, and failure isolation; Docker, Kubernetes, AWS or similar cloud environments; CI/CD and production-readiness standards; AI coding agents as part of the engineering workflow; excellent English and US timezone overlap.We are looking for someone who can clearly explain architecture, trade-offs, potential failure modes, and how to make systems production-ready.
