We are looking for remote cold callers / appointment setters to join an AI-driven sales team.
This is a commission-based freelance position focused on targeted outbound calls to homeowners in the Florida market. Our AI systems help identify homeowners with older homes, inspection, window, or door needs.
Responsibilities include making outbound calls, following the provided script, qualifying homeowners, handling objections, booking appointments, updating the CRM, and staying consistent with daily activity.
Requirements:
* Fluent English
* Strong communication skills
* Reliable internet connection
* Quiet workspace
* Laptop or desktop computer
* Headset recommended
* Camera required for live group interview
* Sales, cold calling, or appointment setting experience preferred
* Must be comfortable using AI dialers, CRM systems, and sales tools
