Responsibilities

Agentforce Architecture:Architect, build, and scale an autonomous enterprise workforce using the Salesforce Agentforce framework.Design autonomous Sales, Service, Employ and any Custom Agents that operate within a complex multi-system landscape.Configure advanced reasoning engines, trusted topics, and specialized actions.Multi-System Integration & API Architecture:Design secure, bi-directional integrations with core platforms via MuleSoft, Apex Callouts, or pub/sub architectures.Implement Zero-Copy and Agentic Protocols using Data 360.Optimize Prompt Engineering by building templates grounded with Salesforce CRM and external data.Cloud Experience (Advantage):Media Cloud: Aligning workflows with specialized media data models to build Agents.Marketing Cloud: Connecting marketing journeys and behavioral data to agents.Collaboration & Mentorship:Act as a technical liaison between stakeholders and engineering teams.Mentor junior developers on AI capabilities and modern architecture patterns.Conduct code and architecture reviews to ensure security and performance standards.Stay current with the latest advancements in Salesforce eco system.Required:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.10+ years of experience with Salesforce application and software development.Advanced knowledge of Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, and asynchronous integration patterns.Good understanding of SFDC, SCRUM, and Salesforce Project Execution process.Active in Salesforce Communities and have an interest in Upskilling.Preferred Certifications:Salesforce Certified Application/System ArchitectSalesforce Certified Integration ArchitectSalesforce Certified AI SpecialistPlease ensure candidates meet the following criteria:Certification in Salesforce Integration Architect & Salesforce AI specialist.Experience implementing at least one Agent Force project is mandatory.Domain Expertise -Media & Marketing (Sales preferred).Work Location- RemoteNote- We Don't require UAN but normal BGV will be done
