• Design, launch and scale a robust and creative inclusion and diversity recruiting strategy focussed on expanding the pipeline and better engaging, supporting and hiring the best talent from underrepresented backgrounds • Develop goals for our diversity recruiting efforts, track against these goals and report out on progress to the organization to communicate impact and identify areas of opportunity • Serve as a subject matter expert on and implement effective and creative diversity talent pipeline building strategies • Partner closely with key stakeholders to align inclusion and diversity recruiting programming with overall company inclusion and diversity and business goals, ensuring collaboration across recruiting, retention and advancement efforts • Work closely with Finix’s ERGs to leverage their diverse talent networks
