Requirements and responsibilities


Internal communication: • Track internal tickets, suggestions, and customization requests. • Respond to team emails within 24 hours or assign them to the correct team member. • Review our workshop analytics and report patterns, issues, and opportunities. • Ensure that our internal training resources are complete and up-to-date (e.g., videos of workshops, FAQ docs). • Submit department updates to our internal newsletter. • Keep our department playbooks up-to-date and user friendly. Schedule management (for a team of 25 - 50 Facilitators): • Schedule internal practice sessions, Q&As, onboarding, and observations. • Schedule meetings with external stakeholders. • Review Facilitator calendars and workshop counts to ensure accuracy. • Coordinate learning plan timelines and flag delays. • Manage our internal content release schedule and process. Product quality assurance: • Ensure our product is free of typos formatting issues, and branding inconsistencies (e.g., workshops, events, worksheets, playbooks, follow up materials). • Create first drafts of worksheets and follow up materials. • Assist with a variety of special projects.
