Requirements and responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a team of 3 payroll specialists • You are responsible for any tax and social security related questions as subject matter expert • You cooperate with the local teams and our People (HR) Business Partner to solve possible tax and social security challenges • Process optimization and improvements in the payroll team • Partner with internal cross-functional teams and external supply partners to develop process and system improvements • Maintain our knowledge base content on our confluence sites • Support projects and initiatives across the people department (New Payroll Vendor roll-out, Process automation etc.)
