Requirements and responsibilities

• Work directly with both Angles and Get Mi Pulpas CEO's to strategically determine the direction of our expansion. • Find 10 Regional partners per month. • Filter all potential prospects following the specific talents, skills, and attitudes that a regional partner must have. • Identify, engage with, high-quality candidates • Analyse the different types of profiles and assess which ones could or could not be future hires. • Interview high-quality candidates and guide each of them from the very first contact until the hiring process ends. • Proactively manage job portals and social media accounts. • Analyze the efficacy of our various recruiting strategies.
