Requirements and responsibilities


We're looking to bring on a person to grow and develop sales at Lazarillo. They will work directly with the CEO/Co-founder and the sales team. The purpose of the position is to contribute to generate sustainable growth for the company, in Latam and the US, grow the client portfolio, and strengthen sales strategies and processes. Main responsibilities: * Meet and report monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. * Make sales projections under different scenarios. * Meet with clients for follow-up and after sales. * Meet with potential clients to present commercial proposals, close sales, generate new business and/or viable alliances to be implemented by Lazarillo. * Permanently analyze the target market and relevant trends for Lazarillo. * Define and implement sales policies and procedures. * Make commercial proposals and develop sales strategies for the different customer segments and markets. *Make periodic reports that summarize the company's situation in sales, objectives, projections and strategies. *You are expected to understand and produce long and complex texts and speeches with detailed descriptions in English. Note: This position will require travel within Latin American countries and US cities.
