Requirements and responsibilities


• Organizing and updating department files • Ensuring everything is running smoothly by staying in contact with the team Coordinators throughout the duration of each build and always asking, "what's next?" • Building and maintaining positive relationships across multiple departments and teams at Kasa and forming great working relationships with other teams. • Mastering our technology suite including but not limited to Notion, Slack, G-suite, Zoom, CultureAmp, and Rippling in order to interact with team members and complete daily work. • Organizing meetings and take detailed minutes when needed as well as following up on action items • Developing and maintaining organizational systems for our department including keeping our playbook and process guides up-to-date • Recommending and participating in the formulation of new policies and making informed decisions based on existing policies. • Maintaining our vendor contact lists • Tracking build information (account numbers, install appointments, contract hires, etc...) and making sure it is properly documented in all applicable databases and communicated to the appropriate team members. • Collaborating with others on a variety of projects including working with our Logistics Manager on inventory and storage initiatives.
