We are looking for a Senior WorkForce Software (WFS) Consultant to join our team and participate in WFS implementation, configuration, support, and solution enhancement projects for clients across Latin America and North America. Requirements • Minimum 5 years of professional experience with WorkForce Software (WFS). • Strong experience in WFS configuration, support, and incident resolution. • Knowledge of WFS modules and functionalities, especially Time & Attendance (T&A), Workforce Scheduling, interfaces, and reporting. • Experience working with international clients and teams. • Advanced or fluent Spanish and English, both spoken and written. • Ability to work independently and communicate directly with clients. • Experience in requirements analysis, troubleshooting, and functional/technical problem-solving. • Experience in AMS (Application Management Services), production support, and incident management is a plus. • Experience with integrations, interfaces, APIs, and/or systems related to WFS is a plus. • Spanish: Mandatory – Advanced/Fluent. • English: Mandatory – Advanced/Fluent. • Portuguese: A plus, especially for professionals who have worked with clients or teams in Brazil.
