🔵 Requirements:
◽ At least three years experience as a Technical Writer, with a strong portfolio showcasing documentation for complex software products.
◽ Familiarity with LGBTQ+ terminology and sensitivity to diverse community needs.
◽ Clear and practical communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and extract necessary information for documentation.
◽ Proficiency in documenting APIs and translating technical specifications into clear, concise documentation.
◽ Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and contribute effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
◽ Familiarity with Agile development processes and the ability to integrate documentation tasks into Agile workflows.
◽ Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, or similar platforms for streamlined team communication and documentation.

◽ Conduct interviews with subject-matter experts to gather in-depth information.
◽ Collaborate with UI/UX designers to integrate visual elements into documentation.
◽ Create comprehensive and user-friendly technical documentation for various audiences.
◽ Facilitate user feedback sessions to gather insights for improving documentation.
◽ Develop a style guide to ensure consistency across all technical documentation.
◽ Maintain version control for documentation to track changes and updates.
◽ Assist in creating educational materials, such as tutorials and FAQs, for end-users.
◽ Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in technical writing.
◽ Continuously refine documentation processes to enhance efficiency and clarity.
◽ Provide training sessions for team members on effective documentation practices.

◽ We regularly update our salary and equity ranges using reliable industry compensation surveys. New hire offers consider factors like experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.
→ US employees in the New York City or San Francisco Bay Area: $85,000 - $100,000/year.
→ US employees outside these areas: $75,000 - $90,000/year.
