Position Overview: We're looking for a motivated and results-oriented Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive top-of-funnel activity. In this role, you'll be responsible for cold calling prospects, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for the Account Executive. This is a high-volume, high-impact role that plays a key part in the company's growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct 75-100 outbound cold calls per day to prospective leads. • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Account Executive. • Use ZoomInfo for lead generation and HubSpot for CRM and campaign management. • Personalize outreach using pre-built email sequences and call scripts. • Handle objections effectively and refine pitch strategies with leadership. • Report daily activities and performance through HubSpot. • Continuously seek feedback and learning opportunities to improve performance. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in an outbound SDR or appointment-setting role. • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. • Proficiency with HubSpot and ZoomInfo. • High tolerance for repetition and ability to thrive in a high-volume environment. • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and initiative. Nice-to-Haves: • Experience working with U.S.-based customers. • Familiarity with autodialers or other outbound dialing tools. • Understanding of sales objection handling and remote work dynamics.
