Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and client-facing US Tax Admin to support our growing tax practice. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, assisting tax preparers, and delivering an excellent client experience. The position combines client-facing responsibilities with administrative efficiency to help the team provide high-quality tax services. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication. • Support tax preparers with administrative tasks, documentation, and scheduling. • Manage client records and maintain accurate data within internal systems. • Track and organize deadlines, ensuring compliance with tax filing requirements. • Coordinate with team members to improve workflow efficiency. • Handle correspondence via email, phone, and virtual meetings. Qualifications: • Prior exposure to US income tax processes (experience with a CPA or bookkeeping firm preferred). • Fluent in English, both written and verbal. • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Professional, responsive, and detail-oriented approach. Nice-to-Haves: • Familiarity with US tax software or filing platforms. • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a client services environment.
