We are looking for a seasoned Lead SharePoint Developer to design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions in a centralized SharePoint 2016 environment. You will combine hands-on development with technical leadership, guiding junior developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.
🔑 Responsibilities:
* Build and customize SharePoint 2016 solutions (workflows, web parts, templates, content types).
* Integrate SharePoint with external systems (REST APIs, CSOM, JSOM).
* Lead migrations from legacy systems to SharePoint 2016.
* Ensure governance, security, and architectural best practices.
* Mentor developers, review code, and resolve complex issues.
* Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams and support modernization discussions (SharePoint Online, SPFx).
✅ Requirements:
* 5+ years of SharePoint development (3+ with SharePoint 2016).
* Strong in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, PowerShell, SQL Server.
* Experience with Git, branching strategies, and code reviews.
* Strong communication, leadership, and client engagement skills.
* Agile/Scrum experience.
