⚠️ Hiring begins with a 3-month trial period in which the new collaborator and the company put each other to the test. Once the test is concluded, the contract is extended until the end of the year and will be renewed yearly. Your salary will be defined (within the range) depending on your experience and skills. Requirements: ✅ You should be able to understand and produce all written and spoken forms in English and Spanish. ✅ Based or located in LATAM (Eastern and Central time). ✅ At least one year of experience in customer service for a digital platform. ✅ Strong mastery of current technologies and basic programs (Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Meets, Zoom, etc.) ✅ Experience/knowledge in social media management. Responsibilities: ⚡ Advise the client about the quality standards required for the correct distribution of productions and the correct use of tools within your account. ⚡ know about the services provided by the company and the processes that each of them implies to solve doubts effectively. ⚡ Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, ensuring adequate follow-up to guarantee resolution. ⚡ Provide reports required by other areas for objective measurements, inquiries, and others. ⚡ Support the client and guide him on processes linked to digital platforms (pitch, launches, verification of profiles, and quality of your products) ⚡ Coordinate implementation of technological resources for improvements of the procedures (forms, manuals, drivers, etc.) ⚡ Coordinate daily operations with the team according to the priorities to guarantee the proper functioning of the processes. ⚡ Document the processes in which the area is involved. ⚡Provide information on the various procedures the client must perform within the company.
