We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Senior Python Architect to join our growing team. The successful candidate will assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing Python-based applications, contributing to projects that have real-world impact. Qualifications and skills: * Provide technical support in designing and building Python development environments. * Lead building development teams, including support of hiring development resources. * Formulate and communicate development guidelines and best practices tailored for Python-based software solutions. * Design and Implement DevOps Pipelines for Python-Based Software Development * Lead Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities such as development, testing, and deployment for software development that uses Python. Principal duties and responsibilities: * Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and project design. * Design and architect software solutions that address complex business challenges, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and maintainability. * Work with project managers and product owners to define the scope of development projects, including setting achievable milestones and deliverables. * Lead a team of developers in implementing software solutions, providing guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on /me and within budget. * Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. * Align development efforts with business objectives, ensuring that software solutions meet business needs and add value to the organization. * Collaborate with business stakeholders during user acceptance testing to validate that the delivered solutions meet business requirements. * Continuously seek opportunities to improve software development processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. * Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements, proposing innovative solutions to meet changing business needs.
