Here is an exciting opportunity with G&G Independent Insurance. We are seeking a full-time experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, the selected candidate will play a key role in managing and analyzing the company's finances, collaborating closely with the management team to ensure informed and strategic decision-making. Additionally, they will be expected to take on additional projects as needed to support the company's goals and initiatives. Responsibilities. - Managing accurate financial reporting and general bookkeeping in QuickBooks. - Compiling financial data for Industry Benchmarking and other industry-related metrics. - Creating annual pay benchmarking for positions within the organization. - Providing support for budgeting and forecasting. - Assisting the CFO with financial analysis and reporting - Working on additional reporting and projects as assigned. Qualifications. - Background in any accounting software is a plus. - Keen attention to detail and has reliable analytical skills. - Working competency with administrative support tasks. - Highly organized. - Independent, self-sufficient, and highly resourceful. - Values integrity and dependability. - Demonstrates good initiative and brings innovative ideas to help the company in achieving its goals. Required technical equipment. - 25 Mbps internet speed with instantly reloadable backup that is also 25 Mbps. - Windows Computer and webcam capability.
