What you'll do:Own our entire digital ecosystem: website, blog, landing pages (WordPress + Elementor + Active Campaign).Plan, launch, and optimize multichannel campaigns (email, SEO, LinkedIn, partnerships).Build and improve marketing automation flows in ActiveCampaign.Track CAC, LTV, MQLs, SQLs, and help push marketing-sourced revenue.Collaborate closely with sales and design to align messaging and drive pipeline growth.Lead our experimentation roadmap — A/B tests, CRO, AI tools.Own performance reporting and optimization cycles.What we're looking forMandatory skillsProficiency in digital marketing roles (preferably B2B/SaaS).Fluent English (written and spoken).Advanced experience with WordPress, Elementor, ActiveCampaign, and SEO tools.Ability to plan and measure marketing funnels and buyer journeys.Hands-on knowledge of AI tools and their use in marketing ops.Strategic thinker with high ownership and strong execution drive.Nice-to-havesExperience selling to U.S. tech companies or working with international audiences.Familiarity with Marketo or HubSpot.Contributions to communities, podcasts, or thought leadership.Cultural addPeople First.
