Requirements and responsibilities


Scope of Services. * Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Conduct outbound cold calls and follow up on leads for real estate listings (sales or rentals). Clearly communicate property details, including pricing, location, and availability. Ask qualifying questions such as move-in date, budget, and number of occupants. Encourage prospects to schedule appointments or property showings. Use dialer tools (e.g., Mojo Dialer or similar) to ensure efficient calling and tracking. * Appointment Setting & Coordination: Schedule and confirm client appointments and property showings. Maintain organized calendar management to prevent scheduling conflicts. Follow up on warm leads and reschedule missed calls when necessary. * Social Media & CRM Management: Post pre-provided content on the company’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Manage and update CRM records using Pipedrive or similar tools. Accurately record call notes and outcomes in the client’s system. * Additional Support (as needed): Handle general real estate calls when required. Provide feedback on lead quality, call outcomes, and client engagement. Maintain professionalism and consistent communication with prospects and clients. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, Caller, or similar role (2+ years preferred). Strong background in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales support within real estate. Familiarity with Pipedrive CRM, Mojo Dialer, or similar lead management tools. Experience managing content on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Confident, neutral, and professional speaking voice (Level A or B accent). Female applicants preferred (as requested by client). Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Work Schedule: * Hours per week: 10–20. * Days: Monday to Friday. * Time Zone: CST / EST (preferably afternoon or evening shift). * Shift Hours: To be determined (may include 6:00 PM–8:00 PM EST).
