Position Summary:
- As a Lead Consultant, Oracle EPM Support, you will serve as the primary functional expert providing day-to-day production support, system optimization, and enhancement services for Oracle Cloud EPM clients.
- This role focuses deeply on Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) and Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- Operating in a high-impact consulting capacity, you will manage multiple client environments across various industries, troubleshooting critical issues, recommending process improvements, and ensuring seamless financial close cycles.
Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day:
Application Support & Maintenance:
- Provide high-tier, remote post-production support for live Oracle Cloud EPM environments, prioritizing FCCS and ARCS applications.
- Configure, maintain, and continually optimize system setups, including metadata management, system integrations, and ownership management structures.
- Support core financial close processes, ensuring application stability and performance during critical reporting windows.
Reconciliation & Transaction Management:
- Oversee and manage comprehensive Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching processes within ARCS.
- Troubleshoot complex data discrepancies and functional integration pain points.
Client & Ticket Management:
- Manage, track, and resolve concurrent client support tickets within established SLAs using enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, JIRA, and Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate directly with cross-functional client teams via MS Teams and other communication channels to provide strategic functional guidance.
- Recommend system enhancements and process optimization opportunities to maximize clients' Oracle EPM return on investment.
Keys to Success (Required Qualifications):
Experience:
- Must have 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on configuration, implementation, and support experience with Oracle FCCS and ARCS.
Domain Expertise:
- Deep functional knowledge of enterprise financial close processes, reconciliation compliance, transaction matching, metadata structures, and ownership management.
Consulting Track Record:
- Proven experience supporting Oracle Cloud EPM applications within a managed services, client-facing, or fast-paced support environment.
Multi-Tasking:
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and competing operational priorities effectively.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional analytical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time-management skills paired with strong verbal and written English communication.
Independence:
- Ability to execute tasks independently while remaining a collaborative, transparent team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS) or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
- A strong educational background in Finance, Accounting, or a related Business degree (BBA / BS).
- Active CPA designation or equivalent accounting qualification.
- Technical proficiency navigating enterprise ticketing ecosystems (ServiceNow, JIRA, Azure DevOps).
