We're hiring a Social Media & Influencer Team Manager at TogetherLight.What we don't care about: → Years of experience → Career gaps → A 2-year break to raise kids → Time off to care for a parent → Where you went to school/college → Whether your last title matches this oneWhat we DO care about: → Are you analytical? Can you look at messy numbers and see the real story? → Are you AMAZING? Not good. Not experienced. Amazing. → Can you build a partner program from scratch with full autonomy? → Can you lead 3 people and hire 2 more in 6 months? → Do you instinctively know why "$10K from 5 partners" beats "20 partners signed"?
