ELEKS DevOps Office is looking for a DevOps Engineering Manager in Buenos Aires and Cordoba City (Argentina)ABOUT CLIENTOur client is a large enterprise organization in the US healthcare space. The company operates in a highly regulated environment and relies on robust application delivery processes, modern CI/CD tooling, and strong governance practices to support large-scale engineering operations.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a technically grounded Engineering Manager with a strong background in CI/CD and SDLC tooling to lead a distributed DevOps Tooling team.This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will be responsible for team coordination, delivery management, and stakeholder communication, while staying close to the technical work — reviewing pipeline architecture, guiding engineers, and unblocking the team.The team focuses on application-side DevOps tooling, including CI/CD pipelines, build and deployment processes, and engineering governance. This role does not cover infrastructure or networking.REQUIREMENTS7+ years of overall experience, including: 5+ years in DevOps and 2+ years in a lead or management roleStrong hands-on experience with: Jenkins, GitHub Enterprise / GitHub Actions, Nexus, SonarSolid experience in: CI/CD pipeline design, implementation, and maintenance, SDLC tooling and application delivery processesExperience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)Experience working with AWS and/or AzureScripting skills for automationExperience in enterprise-scale environments with established processesUnderstanding of change management and compliance practicesRESPONSIBILITIESLead and coordinate a distributed DevOps Tooling team on a daily basisOwn backlog management, priority setting, and capacity planningDrive sprint planning, execution, and delivery consistencyAct as the main escalation point for technical and delivery issuesReview CI/CD pipeline architecture and guide technical decisionsSupport and unblock engineers, ensuring smooth delivery flowMentor team members and support their professional developmentCommunicate effectively with stakeholders, including: Status updates; Risks and issus; Delivery metricsCollaborate with client-side program managers and product ownersEnsure alignment with enterprise processes, including compliance and governanceNICE TO HAVEExperience working in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare)Experience with enterprise governance and toolchain standardizationWHAT YOU WILL GET WITH ELEKSClose cooperation with a customerChallenging tasksCompetence developmentAbility to influence project technologiesTeam of professionalsDynamic environment with low level of bureaucracyABOUT ELEKSELEKS is a custom software development company.
