Our AI-powered, multilingual platform helps people access housing, healthcare, social services, and emergency resources directly from government sources.As a founding team member, you'll help shape the technology, culture, and long-term vision of a mission-driven startup focused on improving public service delivery. We're looking for a builder who values innovation, ownership, and real-world impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the technical vision and development of the e.e.r.s. platform.Build AI agents, machine learning systems, and LLM-powered workflows.Design scalable infrastructure, observability, and monitoring systems.Implement model serving using OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, and self-hosted models.Develop vector database and RAG capabilities.Guide engineering, security, and architecture decisions.Recruit and mentor future technical team members.QualificationsMin 6 years experience building software products from concept through deployment.Strong background in AI agents, machine learning, and scalable systems.Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work in a startup environment.Passion for civic technology, accessibility, and public service innovation.Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on development.Position DetailsLocation: 100% remoteTimezone Requirement: PSTEquity offered.
