You will guide learners through practical projects, provide code reviews, and help them build strong foundations in modern web development.Key Responsibilities:Conduct 1:1 or group mentorship sessionsGuide learners in building real-world full-stack applicationsReview code and suggest improvementsTeach best practices in frontend, backend, and system designSupport learners in career preparation (portfolio, interviews, etc.)Preferred Tech Stack:JavaScript (React, Node.js, Express)Experience with databases (MongoDB / SQL)(Other stacks are also welcome)Requirements:Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer and freshers with good knowledge can also applyStrong problem-solving and communication skillsPrior mentoring/teaching experience is a plusEngagement Details:Remote roleFlexible hours
