Through our four brands—OurFamilyWizard, Cozi, FamilyWall, and Custody Navigator—we help families stay organized, communicate well, and foster healthy childhoods.We are seeking a dynamic individual based in Australia to build relationships with our vast community of Family Law professionals in a way that boosts awareness of the OurFamilyWizard product and helps us achieve our aggressive growth goals.As an Account Executive for OurFamilyWizard, you will be responsible for increasing growth in co-parent subscriptions by engaging with family law professionals to drive referrals. You will own relationship-building efforts with our current community of family law professionals and support new business growth by leading outreach and developing relationships with new family law professionals in your territory. The best part: our product is completely free for family law professionals, so there are no budget objections to overcome.What you will accomplishProactively engage with and educate the family law ecosystem through hosted workshops, webinars, curated conversations, industry conferences, and trainings, building greater visibility of the OFW brand within the community.Generate new sales leads through a mixture of outbound calling and emailing, following up on marketing campaigns.Conduct web-based and in-person product demonstrations.Close new referrers by getting them to refer OurFamilyWizard to relevant cases.Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics and quotas.Manage prospect status and data in HubSpot to ensure that each touch point and communication is logged, recorded, and updated.Maintain and nurture new referrers to turn them into advocates and repeat referrers of OurFamilyWizard.Record and translate learnings and feedback into actionable recommendations for customer experience, IT, and product teams.Provide account management that ensures ongoing referrals, including account growth, regular check-ins, and acting as a trusted advisor.Who you areMission-driven: passion for families in transition and pride in serving them.Enthusiastic and optimistic: thrives on positivity and remains unfazed by rejection.Driven to succeed: high need for achievement and a competitive spirit.Team player: thrives in a team environment and collaborates across departments.Resourceful and resilient: finds ways to overcome obstacles to achieve goals.Coachable: embraces feedback and consistently implements it.Effective communicator: clearly conveys the value of OurFamilyWizard through engaging web-based and in-person demos to win new business.What you bring2+ years of full-cycle sales experience managing the entire process from prospecting through close and ongoing relationship management.Willingness to travel (~50% of your time) regularly in your territory (Australia & New Zealand) to connect with professionals, attend conferences, and deepen community relationships.Proven success building and nurturing long-term relationships with partners or clients to drive sustained growth.Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and data-driven sales strategies to manage pipelines, track performance, and identify opportunities.Strong presentation and consultative communication skills to build trust with legal professionals and demonstrate how OurFamilyWizard serves clients.Curiosity and agility: quick to learn new tools, adapt messaging to your audience, and pivot strategies based on feedback and results.Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple relationships, travel commitments, and outreach initiatives simultaneously.Bonus Points: Experience developing partnerships, referral programs, or territory expansion strategies.Bonus Points: Prior experience in family law, legal tech, or SaaS sales environments.About OurFamilyWizardWe believe technology can champion deeper connections within families, strengthen bonds, and improve communication.
