Big hire for Rampiq. I'm looking for a Head of Customer Success to help us scale the next chapter of the agency.Over the last few years, we've built an incredible team, worked with ambitious B2B tech brands, expanded into AI Search, and continued growing our client portfolio.Now we need a strong leader to take ownership of Customer Success.This person will lead our CSM team, work closely with me and the leadership team, own retention and account health, help improve operational efficiency, manage strategic client relationships, and play a key role in shaping how we scale.I'm looking for someone who is:Ambitious and hungry for growthProactive and solution-orientedComfortable making decisions and taking ownershipStrong with clients, teams, and operationsExperienced in B2B agency environmentsIf you enjoy building teams, improving processes, solving complex client challenges, and helping a business grow, we'd love to talk.Remote role.
