Requirements and responsibilities

Reapra supports the long-term resolution of social issues that take generations to manifest by helping entrepreneurs enter through existing businesses in the market, while enhancing their leadership and learning capabilities for sustained impact. To achieve this in practice, we need not only a micro perspective that strengthens businesses in the short term, but also a macro perspective that envisions the future and expands operations. It's essential to cultivate both short-term/long-term and macro/micro perspectives. All internal personnel operate within a system and culture where they learn and practice in the same format as entrepreneurs. We want interns, employees, and entrepreneurs alike to practice together, expose their vulnerabilities to each other, and learn collaboratively.Reapra continuously cycles through research and practice, working together with members and entrepreneurs through trial and error to develop methodologies that enable entrepreneurs to stay strongly motivated and committed long-term to target areas where we believe there are growing, next-generation social issues, while allowing them to continuously confront themselves. Our ultimate goal is to generalize Reapra's unique methodology into something reproducible. At Reapra, we provide "Intensive Foundation Design" exploratory sessions to entrepreneurs, employees, and interns - sessions that help participants understand themselves, explore how to apply their personal struggles to society, identify what personal patterns they need to confront, and determine how they need to change their learning approaches for practical implementation. We support entrepreneurs in creating businesses while confronting themselves, promoting their learning transformation. Throughout this journey, we Reapra members also transform together and continue collaborative learning.🌟 Seeking Partners to Shape the Future of Startups! We are creating a community that grows alongside next-generation entrepreneurs.
