The ideal candidate should have hands-on configuration experience, strong business process understanding, and experience supporting enterprise SAP environments.Required Experience & Skills:7+ years of experience as SAP Business Analyst3+ years of SAP S/4 HANA Cloud configuration experience3+ years of SAP ECC configuration experienceStrong hands-on SAP SD configuration experienceKnowledge of SD, MM, FI integrations & master dataExperience with WRICEF objects, testing, and documentationStrong communication & stakeholder management skillsAbility to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsPreferred Skills:SAP Vistex implementation & configuration experienceVendor Rebates, Customer Rebates, Chargebacks & Claims processingOrder Processing, Billing, EDI & IDOC handlingExperience with IBP, BW, CPI, SAP Activate & Solution ManagerSupply Chain / Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical industry experienceSAP implementation or upgrade project experienceKey Responsibilities:Gather and analyze business requirementsTranslate functional requirements into SAP solutionsTroubleshoot production and configuration issuesCoordinate with business and technical teamsConduct workshops, demos, and user training sessionsPrepare test scripts, process documents & best practicesSupport end-to-end SAP testing and deployments
