Required Skills and Qualifications: • 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Staff Accountant, Accounting Associate, Bookkeeper, or Accountant. • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks for day-to-day financial management. • Strong command of Google Sheets, including formulas and data organization. • Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment and work independently. • Must be based in the USA and able to work extended or weekend hours when required. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior payroll processing experience. • Experience supporting remote teams. • Familiarity with audit processes and financial compliance standards.
