Urgent and remote — if you are a certified Scrum Master ready to lead, TeamLease wants to hear from you today.What We Are Looking For:Strong Agile Scrum Master experience with Resource Manager and Project/Program Management skillsHands-on expertise with JIRA and strong command of Agile methodologies including Scrum and KanbanScrum certification preferred along with proven Team Management skillsAbility to facilitate Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives effectivelyExperience coaching teams on Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and accountabilityImmediate joiners or candidates serving notice period of up to 10 days strongly preferredWhat You Will Do:Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives for smooth deliveryRemove impediments and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain sprint progress and team productivityCoach and mentor team members on Agile best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvementTrack metrics and ensure alignment with project goals to drive efficient and high-quality outcomesManage resources and coordinate across project and program management activitiesMaintain stakeholder communication and ensure timely, accountable delivery across sprintsDay shift, strong Agile and JIRA experience required. Location: Remote. Experience: 5-10 Years. Work Mode: Remote — Normal Day Shift.
