This is a hands-on, client-facing role responsible for owning implementations end-to-end, from discovery through go-live and beyond. You will serve as a trusted partner to finance and clinical teams as they operationalize complex trial economics inside Condor.As an Engagement Manager, you act as the single point of ownership for all engagements with your clients. You will lead structured discovery, translate real-world clinical finance workflows into system designs, configure Condor to support those workflows, and ensure customers achieve tangible business value quickly and confidently.This role sits at the intersection of clinical operations, finance, and software. Success requires someone who understands how clinical trials actually run, how trial finances work, and how to turn that understanding into scalable, best-practice solutions.You are not just implementing software.
