This role sits at the intersection of growth, content, and commerce, focused on driving GMV through affiliates, optimizing storefront performance, and building optimized performance systems.Core ResponsibilitiesOwn and optimize TikTok Shop performance, including storefront management, product listings, promotions, and inventory coordination for multiple client accountsBuild, recruit, and manage a high-performing affiliate creator network across outbound outreach, inbound, and product seedingDrive GMV growth by identifying winning creators, content trends, and scaling top-performing assetsLaunch and manage affiliate campaigns, including commission structures, incentives, and creator activationTrack and analyze performance across GMV, conversion rate, AOV, and creator-level metrics, turning insights into actionPartner cross-functionally with paid media and creative teams to scale content through whitelisting, Spark Ads, and UGC briefsOversee creator communication, community engagement, and relationship management to ensure consistent output and retentionUnderstand our technology support stack for optimized workflowsWhat We're Looking For2–5+ years of experience in TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or social commerceExperience with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and reporting dashboardsExperience with TikTok Ads, GMV Max, or whitelisting strategiesProven track record of driving revenue through TikTok Shop and creator-led ecosystemsDeep understanding of TikTok content, trends, and what drives conversion (not just views)Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and act quicklyHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, creators, and timelines simultaneously across client accountsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environmentSuccess in This Role Looks LikeConsistent GMV growth driven by affiliate and creator strategiesStrong affiliate relationships with high retention and outputClear visibility into performance metrics and optimization leversRapid testing and iteration leading to winning content and campaignsBenefits:Competitive salary.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Flexible work hours and remote work options.Professional development and training opportunities.Inclusive and supportive work environment that values creativity and innovation.401k with match
