At LearnTastic, great design isn’t just about usability-it’s about transforming how people learn and grow.Learntastic is seeking a Partner Management & Course Enablement Manager to own and grow our partner ecosystem, including vendors who host and deliver courses on our platform.This role is responsible for managing existing partner relationships, onboarding new content partners, and ensuring high-quality, compliant, and scalable course creation across the platform.You will act as the bridge between partners, internal teams, and learners—ensuring partners succeed and courses meet Learntastic’s quality, compliance, and commercial standards.Responsibilities:Partner (Vendor) Management – Core OwnershipOwn relationships with existing content and course partnersAct as the primary point of contact for:Partner onboardingOngoing coordinationPerformance managementEnsure partners meet contractual, quality, and compliance requirementsMonitor partner performance and content effectivenessAddress issues related to content quality, updates, and deliveryNew Partner Sourcing & EvaluationIdentify and evaluate new content partners aligned with Learntastic’s portfolioAssess partners on:Content qualitySubject matter expertiseCompliance and accreditation readinessCommercial viabilitySupport contract discussions and onboarding processesExpand partner ecosystem in line with business growth goalsCourse Creation & EnablementGuide partners through course creation and submission workflowsEnsure courses meet:Learntastic quality standardsRegulatory and accreditation requirementsLearner experience expectationsCoordinate with internal teams on:Instructional designContent reviewCompliance validationSupport course updates, refreshes, and versioningCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with:Compliance and accreditation teamsProduct and platform teamsContent and instructional design teamsMarketing and operationsEnsure smooth handoffs from partner onboarding to live course launchCommunicate partner needs and feedback internallyProcess, Documentation & GovernanceBuild and maintain partner onboarding and course creation documentationImprove processes for:Partner communicationCourse review cyclesIssue resolutionEnsure clarity, consistency, and scalability as partner volume growsKey Outcomes & Success MetricsStrong, long-term partner relationshipsTimely onboarding of new partnersHigh-quality, compliant courses launched on scheduleReduced partner friction and reworkExpanded and diversified content portfolioRequired Experience & QualificationsExperience:5–8+ years in partner management, vendor management, content operations, or program managementExperience working with:External vendors or partnersContent, education, or digital platformsExposure to course creation, instructional design, or content enablement preferredSkills & CompetenciesPartner relationship managementProgram and process ownershipStrong communication and coordination skillsAttention to detail and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple partners and timelinesComfort working with compliance-driven environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience in EdTech, training, certification, or compliance-driven educationFamiliarity with accreditation or regulatory requirementsExperience onboarding and scaling partner ecosystemsThis a remote opportunity
