🚀 About the position: ⚡ CH2 Solutions subscribes to Design Driven Development. We lead with design and create our requirements from prototypes. The Senior UX/UI Designer will deliver engaging digital experiences through a user-centered design process for our clients. The ideal candidate should not only possess superior UX/UI skills, but also support their decisions with data, present their design confidently, and collaborate with our clients to deliver designs that meet their business goals and objectives. 🚀 Responsibilities: ⚡ Utilize your experience and expertise to provide guidance for current mobile solutions. ⚡ Work with our clients to conceptualize and iterate through the delivery of user-flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that align with the business strategy and project outcomes. ⚡ Work with the product and development teams, designing for best-in-class enterprise solutions, mobile apps, and responsive websites. ⚡ Advocate for consistency through the implementation of industry standard design practices. ⚡ Take ownership of the design process end to end from client conversations, prototyping, design iterations, through to final production and deployment. ⚡ Contribute to and define the project vision ensuring that execution aligns with the agreed-upon objectives. ⚡ Other tasks may apply. 🚀 Qualifications: ⚡ Excellent visual design skills with a strong proficiency in interaction design. ⚡ Confidence in presenting your designs and selling your solutions to various stakeholders. ⚡ A broad understanding of web/mobile UI standards, usability, along with practical experience in design and development. ⚡ Strong prioritization skills and ability to quickly re-prioritize in a dynamic environment, manage multiple projects at the same level of detail. ⚡ Experience delivering ADA/508 compliant designs for users with disabilities. ⚡ Experience with Agile Development is strongly preferred.
