Job descriptionKey Required Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong ability to estimate and plan testing requirements.Proven experience tracking and following up on QA team activities.Ability to guide and mentor both manual and automation QA teams.Capable of proposing methodologies and techniques to optimize testing and ensure quality.Skilled in organizing team workflows using Kanban boards.Experience managing, creating, and maintaining test assets and documentation.ISTQB, TMMi or related certification (required).Certification in one or more of the following: Scrum, SAFe, Management 3.0, Agile, Lean, PMP (or similar).Basic conversational English.A continuous improvement mindset in the QA area.Proficient in tools such as Jira, Trello, TestLink, or similar platforms for test case management and issue tracking.Job requirementsKey Responsibilities: Coordinate, assign, and monitor tasks across the QA team in various projects.Develop test plans and strategies tailored to each project.Guide the team in creating and maintaining test matrices.Ensure thorough execution of test cases.Provide technical guidance for testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, jMeter, Selenium, and others.Manage risks and help prevent delays or scope deviations.Coordinate with clients and lead negotiation processes.Conduct testing on SQL databases and web services.
