Requirements and responsibilities


This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about working with data, uncovering insights, and supporting business decisions through analysis and visualization. You will work closely with senior analysts, business teams, and stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources. - Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns. - Create dashboards and reports using visualization tools. - Assist in building analytical models and KPIs. - Translate business questions into data-driven insights. - Document analysis processes and maintain data accuracy. - Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Operations, etc.). Required Skills & Qualifications: - Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field (2025 graduates preferred). - Strong understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts. - Proficiency in SQL. - Working knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas). - Basic experience with Python or R for data analysis. - Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. - Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and presentation abilities. Good to Have (Preferred Skills): - Experience with Python libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn. - Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, etc.). - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Internship, academic project, or certification in data analytics. - Understanding of basic machine learning concepts.
