Lead / Principal Software Architect to be the technical anchor for a team building modern, AI-native cloud platforms. This hands-on leader role requires 12+ years of experience in system design and engineering leadership, deep backend (Go, Rust, Python, or Node) and frontend (React/Next.js) expertise, and a track record designing distributed, event-driven architectures at scale. Advanced cloud-native experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and integration of AI services (LLMs, RAG, Agents) are key. Location: LATAM-based.
