Requirements and responsibilities

Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote Setup / PH Time Zone (with overlapping US Time Zone) Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud Configuration Consultant to support the design, configuration, and implementation of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. The ideal candidate possesses strong functional and technical expertise across Oracle EPM Cloud applications and can translate complex business requirements into scalable, efficient system configurations. What You’ll Be Doing: ● System Configuration: Configure and maintain Oracle EPM Cloud applications and manage metadata structures across various modules. ● Data Integration: Build Data MGMT integrations processes to build metadata and load data, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and efficient integration across EPM systems. ● Development: Design and build data forms, MGMT reports, dashboards,, navigation flows and member formulas ● Technical Logic: Develop member formulas and business rules; utilize Groovy scripting and REST APIs to enhance automation. ● Collaboration & Support: Partner with stakeholders to support financial close, planning, and reporting processes while providing ongoing functional support and system testing. What You’ll Need: ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field. ● Experience: Proven experience in Oracle EPM Cloud configuration and implementation. ● Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EPM applications, functionalities and configuration: ○ FCC and Task Manager: Inter company, Data Consolidation, Reconciliations, Journal Entries, Reporting, and Workflows ○ Cloud Planning: Financials, Workforce, and Capital Planning. ○ Account Reconciliation Cloud: Reconciliation Templates, Matching Rules, Adjustments, and Reconciliations. ○ PCM: Allocation Rules and Rulesets. ○ Narrative Reporting ● Functional Expertise: Strong foundation in Accounting and FP&A principles (GAAP, IFRS) and experience with Revenue and Expense Budget Models and Financial Close and Budget Processes. ● Nice to Have: Oracle EPM Cloud certification and experience in global, multi-entity financial environments. Soft Skills: ● Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize complex system issues. ● Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical developers and business stakeholders. ● Ownership: A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership of tasks and speak up with recommendations.
