Requirements and responsibilities


What you’ll be working on:Develop and execute strategies to grow affiliate partnerships.Build, negotiate, and manage high-value partnerships with affiliates and traffic providers.Optimize affiliate performance and increase conversions.Analyze data and provide insights to improve campaign results.Recruit, onboard, and guide new affiliates to ensure strong long-term collaboration.Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.Represent the company at international conferences to strengthen partnerships and identify new opportunities.About you – preferred requirements for this role :3-4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital advertising.Experience in CPC, CPM, flat deals, hunting new sites;Proven track record of managing high-performing affiliates.Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and analytics.Ability to work independently and drive initiatives.Data-driven approach with confidence working with KPIs and reporting.
