Conduct structured industry, company, and market research and synthesize findings into clear, decision-ready outputs. Perform data cleaning, transcription, and deal-related administrative execution tasks as required by transaction timelines. Operate as a trusted execution partner by managing a prioritized task queue under direct oversight. Maintain strict confidentiality, accuracy, and reliability under tight deadlines. Qualifications: Strong IB-style training or equivalent experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or top-tier consulting.
