Now Hiring: Marketing Manager – Real Estate (Remote)
This is not a beginner role. Not for assistants. Not for people who only “manage social media.”
We’re looking for a true performance marketer — someone who understands paid traffic, lead generation systems, and conversion optimization at a deep level. If you’ve never built campaigns that drive real revenue, this role probably isn’t for you.
Our U.S.-based real estate company helps homeowners facing financial hardship. Every campaign we run directly impacts how many families we help — and how fast we grow. We need someone who can build, optimize, and scale marketing systems that produce real leads.
Your Mission
You will own the marketing engine behind our acquisitions team. That includes:
• Managing and optimizing PPC campaigns.
• Building high-converting funnels.
• Running targeted ads and retargeting campaigns.
• Increasing lead volume while lowering acquisition cost.
• Improving conversion rates across the funnel.
• Launching organic and paid campaigns that grow brand visibility.
• Creating content that drives traffic and engagement.
• Testing, measuring, and improving marketing performance continuously.
If you can’t analyze marketing data and improve results, this role won’t work.
Required Experience
We are only considering candidates with proven results in:
• Pay Per Click (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Lead generation funnels.
• Retargeting and audience segmentation.
• Conversion rate optimization.
• Paid advertising strategy.
• Sales-driven marketing campaigns.
You must also have experience with:
• Content creation and marketing assets.
• Design or video editing tools.
• WordPress.
• Marketing analytics and performance tracking.
Bonus if you have:
• AI marketing tools and automation experience.
• Real estate marketing background.
