Company: H-Tech Supports Location: Lahore Job Type: Full-time About the Role H-Tech Supports is looking for an experienced and proactive International Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end global hiring across multiple technical domains. The ideal candidate will handle the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding, while maintaining strong relationships with international IT professionals. Key Responsibilities: Global Talent Acquisition * Lead full-cycle recruitment for international IT roles (contract and permanent). * Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top global talent. * Build and maintain a strong network of international IT professionals. Screening & Communication * Conduct initial screens via email, phone, and Zoom. * Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications. * Serve as the primary contact between candidates and internal teams. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination * Align staffing requirements with project and hiring managers. * Support preparation and review of international offer letters and contracts. Database Management & Optimization * Maintain and grow the company’s global IT talent database. * Track recruitment KPIs and ensure regular pipeline audits. * Research and implement modern sourcing tools and platforms. Documentation & Compliance * Maintain accurate records throughout the hiring process. * Ensure all recruiting activities comply with internal policies. * Coordinate onboarding tasks and follow-up communication. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field. * Prior experience in international or global IT recruitment. * Strong understanding of technical roles, tools, and platforms. * Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills. * Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven. Working Hours Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Saturday: Work from Home.
