Requirements and responsibilities
We are hiring a commission-only appointment setter responsible for contacting inbound leads, qualifying their interest, and scheduling them on our clinic’s consultation calendar. The role includes calling and texting new leads within 1 to 3 minutes of receiving them, following a proven script, addressing basic questions, and guiding each potential patient toward booking an appointment.
Key responsibilities:
* Conduct consistent daily outreach through calls and texts.
* Maintain accurate notes in the CRM.
* Follow the structured 4-day call and text cadence.
* Send a short end-of-day report summarizing activity and bookings.
* Re-engage older leads through weekly nurture messages.
* Meet weekly booking goals to support client growth.
This role requires clear English, phone communication, and comfort handling high-volume outreach. Experience in sales or appointment setting is helpful, and med spa or aesthetic experience is considered a strong advantage. Candidates must have a stable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and be able to work independently while following established systems. Compensation is commission-only at $25 USD per qualified appointment booked, with unlimited earning potential and weekly or bi-weekly payouts through Deel.
